01 The Mandate

Property as an operating discipline.

The house does not treat real estate as paper. It treats it as premises — ground where its companies, and its clients’ companies, actually operate.

Tarsyn Properties holds and develops industrial and logistics assets and income real estate across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and enters development partnerships where the group can take the operator’s seat rather than the spectator’s.

The division also answers a question the house is asked constantly: firms entering the market through Tarsyn Business Services need premises they can trust. Here, the landlord and the counterpart that formed the company are the same house.

02 What We Do

From ground to income.

01 Industrial & Logistics Assets Warehousing, light-industrial, and logistics facilities — held for the group’s own operations and for tenants who run theirs.
02 Income Real Estate Income-generating residential and commercial assets, underwritten conservatively and held through cycles.
03 Development Partnerships Joint development of industrial and mixed-use projects with landowners and operators — with the house in the operator’s seat.
04 Premises for Market Entrants Sites, fit-out, and leases for firms entering Saudi Arabia and the UAE through Tarsyn Business Services — one accountable counterpart from formation to keys.
05 Asset Management & Leasing Leasing, maintenance regimes, and asset-level reporting run in-house — the numbers an operator would demand.

03 The Holdings

Held, not flipped.

Every asset is underwritten twice — once as an investment, once as an operation. If it fails either test, the house passes.

That discipline comes from the rest of the group: an advisory desk that has restructured what others overpaid for, a trading desk that knows what a warehouse is actually worth, and a services desk that knows what tenants need before they sign.
